Our construction services offered are used by our customers when they prefer to use their own architect or designer.

New home construction:
Perhaps you already own a properly zoned and prepared lot for building and have a home design ready to build from (well, just about). This is where we take on the task of being your general contractor. Starting from applying for building permits all the way to completing the last item on the punch list, the stress of the entire construction process is on our shoulders. We will complete the construction in accordance with all of the plans and specifications drawn by your architect or designer. Major changes can be made with your own designer, but we are always willing to work with you on the small changes that you would like to make as construction progresses. Sizes of home construction will vary depending upon your budget. No home is too small for us to build.

Garages and out buildings:
We build garages and out buildings to your specifications. No building project is too small for us.

Major remodeling and renovating:
All types of remodeling and renovating projects are overseen by us. Additions that extend outward or upward from your existing home transform it into a more functional living space. New bathrooms and kitchens that we build increase the comfort and value of your home.

Commercial construction:
Commercial construction is undertaken by us. Some examples of the projects that we have worked on include: churches, offices, laundromats, retail stores, municipal parks, park structures, playground equipment, safety surfaces, drainage ditches and culverts. We are able to build you a completely new building from the ground up or refurbish an existing one.
