Design and Build Services:
What is design-build?
Design-build is a contracting process where we custom design a project to meet your needs and wants, then build it to the custom design. This is a common process used when renovating an existing structure. The advantage to this type of contracting is that you will consult with us (only one company) for the entire designing, planning and, construction duration. Although we do engage in commercial construction, the design-build process is used primarily for residential applications. Below are some examples where we do employ the design-build process.
New home construction: In the area of new home construction we take on all of the risk associated with building. We design, finance, and build the house on our lot, and finally turn it over to you when it is completed. Our homes come with many choice options such as size, style, foundation types, exterior facades, and interior finishes while keeping in mind your budget. The most current building codes are always upheld.
Garages and out buildings:
Since no design-build is too small for us to take on, we do build these types of buildings. Many times we will customize these buildings for a specific reason. Higher ceilings and larger doors are some custom options that are available to accommodate recreation vehicles or car lifts. Your garage/workshop can even be equipped with the same modern comforts of your home.
Major remodeling and renovating:
We are most inclined to use the design-build method of contracting when typical building practices are used. Constructing additions, second story additions, historical restorations, and major interior renovations are the area where we have employed this process. When your family is growing and your house is shrinking it is a good time to give us a call about adding floor space to your current home.
We take you from start to finish with minimal waste of time, cost, and
stress while designing and building around your input.
